Chrysler 200C Concept Headlights

Manufactured from a large 6061-T651 aluminum billet, a pair of these intricate headlamps was machined on only two setups. A good amount of lights-out manufacturing made possible to complete these intricate concept vehicle lights in less than two weeks, including programming and benching.
