LED Acrylic Lenses

The staff of Schulte Corporation has been machining lenses for over 20 years. Lens finishing has to be as perfect as possible, otherwise the light will magnify every imperfection. Step over must be very small and tolerance extremely tight. Plenty of coolant must circulate during machining to prevent material build on the cutter resulting in a scrapped part. Once lenses are removed from the machine, a multi process polishing system is used to complete the job.
